LIFEMASTERS TO provide CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE DISEASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR AETNA MEMBERS

IRVINE, Calif. (June 01, 2001) - LifeMasters ® Supported SelfCare, Inc. today announced a new agreement with Aetna to provide its disease management program for thousands of Aetna members with congestive heart failure (CHF). LifeMasters will serve Aetna health plan members in its West, West Central, Mid-West, Northeast and Southeast regions. Rollout of the program will begin on July 1.
