LifeMasters CEO Christobel Selecky Honored as Winner of 2003 BridgeGate20 Award

IRVINE, Calif. November 3, 2003 - LifeMasters® Supported SelfCareSM, Inc. CEO Christobel Selecky has been honored as one of this year's winners of The BridgeGate20 Award. In its fifth year, The BridgeGate20 is an awards program that commemorates Southern California's CEOs, founders, entrepreneurs, service providers and visionaries who have pushed their ideas forward in pursuit of innovative technologies and new business opportunities.

Since joining LifeMasters in 1996, Ms. Selecky has led the company as it developed into one of the largest disease management companies in the nation. Ms. Selecky is the chief architect of the LifeMasters mission: to improve the quality of healthcare by providing individuals with chronic health problems and their physicians the tools, information, and support they need to achieve optimal health. Earlier this month, Ms. Selecky was named president-elect of the Disease Management Association of America (DMAA).

"This year's BridgeGate20 honorees have demonstrated a unique vision, focus and commitment that makes each of them a vital asset for the technology industry moving forward," said Kevin Rosenberg, managing director for BridgeGate. "We are excited to witness their future accomplishments and observe what their positive influence will continue to achieve. Through our awards program, BridgeGate will continue to recognize executives who create organizations that succeed due to their innate appreciation of and strategic priority in valuing their people."

The winners were nominated and selected by their peers for their commitment to investing in people, a strong track record in attracting and retaining top talent and unique contributions to the overall regional technology economy.

"I'm pleased to be among this select group of Southern California business leaders to receive this year's BridgeGate20 Award," said Ms. Selecky. "The success of LifeMasters is a result of the collaborative work of our entire team. It is an honor to have our efforts to improve the quality of healthcare in our nation recognized right here in our own backyard."

The BridgeGate20 winners were announced during a banquet on October 27, 2003 at Shady Canyon, surrounded by members of the local business and technology communities. The event garnered more than $30,000 for The Joyful Child Foundation, a private sector neighborhood and child safety initiative founded in memory of Samantha Runnion.
