“I am very proud of all that we have accomplished and the progress we have made together in establishing LifeMasters as a leader in the disease management marketplace,” said Strand. “It is time for me to make a change, but I’m very confident that the company has the right team in place for continued success.”

“We were hoping to have David’s leadership long into the future, but his decision is one that we respect.  We are grateful for the significant contributions he has made to the growth and success of our company during his tenure,” said board member Clay Timon, on behalf of the board. “We will miss his leadership and wish him the best.  We are also confident that the processes he has put in place will ensure continuity and a smooth transition for our clients, our participants, and our employees as Chris assumes the CEO position.”

“I am looking forward to returning to lead the great team we have assembled at LifeMasters,” said Selecky.  “Having spent the last few years working with our colleagues in the disease management community, I am more confident than ever that the future of our company and the evolving field of health improvement are very bright. On behalf of everyone at LifeMasters, I want to take this opportunity to thank David for his service to our company.”
