LIFEMASTERS ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP CHANGES South San Francisco, Calif., April 23, 2007 – LifeMasters Supported SelfCare, Inc., a national leading provider of disease management programs and services, today announced that David R. Strand, president and chief executive officer, has decided to resign from his position. Following his decision, the Board of Directors named Christobel E. Selecky, LifeMasters executive chair, to the position of chief executive officer. “I am very proud of all that we have accomplished and the progress we have made together in establishing LifeMasters as a leader in the disease management marketplace,” said Strand. “It is time for me to make a change, but I’m very confident that the company has the right team in place for continued success.” “We were hoping to have David’s leadership long into the future, but his decision is one that we respect. We are grateful for the significant contributions he has made to the growth and success of our company during his tenure,” said board member Clay Timon, on behalf of the board. “We will miss his leadership and wish him the best. Ms. Selecky has been instrumental in driving the growth of the disease management industry over the past decade. In addition to her executive positions with LifeMasters, she has long held leadership roles with the Disease Management Association of America (DMAA). Ms. Selecky is immediate past president of the DMAA, and a member of its board of directors and executive committee. In addition, Ms. Selecky serves on several national health policy and advocacy boards. An outspoken advocate of disease management, Ms. Selecky is regularly called upon to provide commentary and insight into trends, issues, and news affecting the disease management and healthcare industries.
