As a demonstration of our commitment to results, we measure satisfaction among all of our constituents - our clients, our participants and their physicians. We use a third-party vendor to conduct client satisfaction surveys and interviews. Furthermore, we act on the results. We incorporate key findings from our satisfaction surveys to continuously improve our programs and processes.

Physicians
Physician satisfaction surveys are sent annually to all participating physicians. Physicians view the program favorably. After year 2 of our Florida AHCA program, for example, overall satisfaction was rated as excellent or very good by 60% of the responding physicians. Additionally, 94% of responding physicians said they would recommend the program to their colleagues, and 54% felt their patients’ self care skills had improved by participating in the program.
